Hello viewers, today we are going to know about some of the ten different types of Nintendo game consoles. We play video games using them, from childhood and sometimes to adulthood

This was released as the third game console in June 1996 in japan. It was  the first console with 3D graphics. It's name comes from its 64-bit central processing unit. It costs around $373.94, from the date this video is published. It's best selling game was the super Mario 64 and its production was discontinued in April 30th 2020.


Nintendo gamecube or gamecube, dolphin
It was released in Japan September 14th 2001 by Nintendo and sega. It was the first console to use optical discs as its primary storage. It has graphics and video performance of 128 bit. It best selling games where super smash bros, melee. It's production was discontinued in 2008. It was profitable for Nintendo yo make the Nintendo gamecube. According to price charting, the game cube goes for $259.57 


Wii
This was released in November 19th 2006. It was manufactured by nintendo. It runs games supplied in Wii optical discs and uses a Wii system software. It uses the Wii remote be operated. Some of the best games on Wii include Wii sports resort, super smash bros and kirby's epic run. Wii was  It was discontinued in October 20th 2013. The original Wii price was $250 but because of its limited quantities, the price is a bit higher today. 


NES: The Nintendo Entertainment System was released in 1985 in North America by nintendo. It has an 8-bit system. Its first price was $149.99 and came with some games such as super Mario bros, duck hunt. The NES cartridges are so large and was the first Nintendo console to use cartridges. Its processing was discontinued in 1995. According to pricecharting.com it costs about $159.99 in February 2020.


Nintendo switch: This was released in March 3rd 2017 by nintendo. It can be used both indoor and outdoors. It has multiple modes of use, you can add friends and share with them. You can switch between playing on a go and playing in the house on TV. It was discontinued in August 2019. It costs around $299.99 dollars. It has the best new Mario and legend of Zelda games. 


Gameboy: This is an 8-bit console developed and manufactured by nintendo. It was released in April 21st 1989. It was invented by Gunpei Yokoi. It has features from both the NES home system and Game & Watch hardware. It was the 4th generation console released at US$89.95. It has an LCD screen display of 160 × 144 pixels and 47 × 43 mm (width x height). It was discontinued in 2003 following up the gameboy advanced 32-bit handheld system. 


Virtual boy or VB: This is a 32-bit table top console designed by  Gunpei Yokoi and was released in July 1995 by nintendo. It was the first console to display stereoscopic 3D images. It is a handheld game console and there was a total of 14 games released for us market and 22 for Japan. In some reports, when the VB was first released, it sold 770,000 units world wide. Nintendo made a deal with blockbuster video and rented the VB for $9.99. According to pricelisting.com,the virtual boy system costs around $474.56 from 


Gameboy color or GBC: It was released in October 21st 1998 by nintendo. It costs around $474.56 with the new version. It came in different colors such as orange, Arctic, black and others. There are over 576 game boy color games to choose from and it's battery lasts from 10 to 30 hours. It was discontinued in March 23rd 2003 shortly after the release of gameboy advance SP. 


9. Gameboy advanced:  This is a 32 bit handheld game console. It uses Gameboy advance cartridges and has a screen resolution of 240x160px resolution. Its battery takes around 3hours of charging and its battery can last to 15hours of charging. It has an AC adapter DC connector plug into external extention connector 2. It has a power light which usually changes from green to red when the battery is 30% to 20%. It was the last of the gameboy family. It sold over 81.51 million units were sold at the time of its release. It release stopped in December 2009


10. Nintendo DS: This is a dual screen handheld game console released in November 21st 2004. It has an LCD screen working with a touchscreen, a built in microphone and support for wireless creativity. So far, Nintendo DS has come in different versions such as the Nintendo DS, Nintendo DS Lite, Nintendo Dsi and XL and is one of the most selling game consoles. It can be connected to the internet allowing multi-player games and online browsing when using a browser cartridge. It has more than 1,600 games. Some of its best games include Super Mario bros and it was discontinued in processing in 2004
